Hey loves — quick BusyBeth update. 📡✨

I stayed home today because I’ve been fighting a migraine all weekend, and unfortunately things took a turn.

Well today the contractor came by to do some maintenance work on the bathtub which required the use of chemicals that had incredibly strong, toxic fumes, and it absolutely wrecked me on top of the migraine I was already fighting.  

So now it’s the original migraine *plus* the bonus round of “my entire house smells like a chemical factory and my brain has filed a complaint.”  

I’m definitely not in any shape to stream tonight.  

I’m going to rest, hydrate, and curl up somewhere dark and quiet until my head stops trying to fold in on itself.

Thank you for being patient, gentle, and endlessly kind.  We’ll cozy up again when I’m back to full sparkle. 💚✨
